Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Returned items must:

• Be in original packaging

• Include accessories and inserts

• Show minimal signs of use

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

• Defective products

• Incorrect items received

Hygiene & Safety

Due to the personal nature of skincare devices, heavily used products may not qualify for return approval.

Return Process

1. Contact support at support@skinrisebeauty.com

2. Include your order number

3. Wait for return approval instructions

4. Ship the item back using the provided instructions

Inspection & Approval

All returned items are inspected before refunds or exchanges are approved.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
